Sun Clock™ is software that shows you the areas of day and night on a map of the world.
This screen saver module blacks out your screens and then places a small world map showing the day and night somewhere on your screen. This map will then jump to a new random location every few seconds. You can control how long the map sits still between jumps.

A Sun Clock screen saver module that fills the screen with a beautifully drawn, colorful map of the world as seen from space is available for $20.00 (in either After Dark™ or Pyro!™ versions).
A desk accessory version is also available that lets you place “readouts” on the map that show the local time at locations of your choice. You can also see what the shadow would look like at different dates and times. It uses the same map as the full-screen screen saver modules, and costs $40.00.
